1. Who we are and what we provide
The360Trader is an online education platform that teaches institutional Forex trading concepts. We provide courses, practice exercises, assessments, an AI learning coach, a moderated community and educational credentials. We are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, fund manager or signal service, and nothing we publish is financial advice.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
- You must verify your email address before accessing student areas.
- Accounts are personal. Sharing credentials or seats is a breach of these terms.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. Memberships and payment
- Paid memberships renew automatically for the term you selected until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term.
- Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not post trading signals, solicit clients, promote schemes, or make performance claims.
- Do not share, resell, record or redistribute course materials.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Follow the Community Guidelines and the Academic Integrity rules in the Student Handbook.
5. Credentials
Certificates and badges recognise completion of our educational programmes. They are not professional licences or regulatory qualifications and do not entitle you to provide financial services. We may revoke a credential obtained through a breach of academic integrity.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, video, charts, assessments and software remain the property of The360Trader or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own learning while your membership is active. Content you post to the community remains yours; you grant us a licence to display and moderate it on the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The360Trader is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, the Community Guidelines or academic integrity rules. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect. Questions go to the support portal in your account.
