Enrolment
Enrolment begins when your account is verified and a membership or course entitlement is active. Enrolment is personal, non-transferable and grants access to the curriculum, Trading Lab, AI coach, community and assessments included in your plan.
Your commitments
- Submit only your own work for graded assessments and certification.
- Follow the Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct in every shared space.
- Keep account credentials private; one person, one account.
- Treat all curriculum material as licensed for personal study, not redistribution.
- Understand that education is not advice, and that all trading decisions are yours alone.
Our commitments to you
- Publish a documented curriculum with stated learning outcomes for every lesson.
- Grade assessments against a published rubric, with a route to request a review.
- Respond to support requests within the service standards in the Help Centre.
- Give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to your plan or curriculum structure.
- Preserve access to your notes, journal and transcript for the life of your account.
Academic standing
- Certification requires completion of required lessons, competency mastery and a passing capstone.
- Integrity breaches may void an assessment, a certificate or an enrolment.
- Appeals are heard by the Academic Board within 14 days of a decision.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time under the Refund Policy; access continues to the end of the paid term. We may end enrolment for serious or repeated breaches, with a pro-rata refund unless the breach involved fraud or harm to others.
